Established in the early 1950s by visionary members of the renowned Salesmanship Club of Dallas—among them celebrated names such as Byron Nelson, Ross Perot, and others of remarkable legacy—the Northshore Club has flourished into a warm, family-focused haven on the shores of a scenic Lake Grapevine. Originally acquired before the lake even existed, this tucked-away property grew from a simple retreat into a vibrant community that blends cherished traditions with a relaxed, contemporary lifestyle.
Today, the Northshore Club spans 72 pristine acres, with most of the land maintained as shared, common grounds. Within this oasis, members enjoy a host of amenities designed for all ages and interests—comfortable weekend cabins and year-round residences, a well-kept swimming pool, a convenient marina, and even a stocked fishing lake complete with canoes for lazy afternoons under the Texas sun. Quiet gravel roads, a welcoming clubhouse serving freshly prepared breakfast and lunch on weekends, and a family-friendly shooting range all lend to the club’s unique character.

The Northshore Club has a long-standing history rooted in its sporting traditions. As part of recreational offerings, the club features a well-maintained trap and five-stand shooting range, which continues to be a hallmark of its rich sporting heritage. Additionally, the club maintains a swimming pool and pickleball court that caters to members’ diverse interests. Members can also enjoy fishing at our private “Little Lake” fishing pond where we host our annual Kid Fish event and enjoy evenings around Little Lake’s fire pit.
